beauty:beast生誕35周年を祝う特別なプロジェクトとして、新鋭レーベル「messa」をパートナーに迎えたカプセルコレクションが始動します。
その記念すべき第1弾としてリリースされるのは、90年代の漫画文化に金字塔を打ち立てた遊人（ゆうじん）氏の作品をフィーチャーしたプロダクト。繊細な描線とエロティシズムが共存する遊人氏の世界観を、デザイナー山下隆生が70年代ブルーノートのアルバムカバーから着想を得たグラフィックへと昇華。四半世紀の時を経て、伝説の「キラーアイコン」シリーズが現代のメディアトライブ（表現者たち）へと受け継がれます。
裾部分には、現代における究極のエロティシズムを定義するステートメントを配置。プリントはmessaの真骨頂である多色（8版）製版による顔料プリントを採用しており、袖を通すほどにヴィンテージのような独自の風合いを増していきます。
25年ぶりの邂逅が生んだ、歴史的価値を宿す一着。

To celebrate the 35th anniversary of beauty:beast, a special capsule collection in partnership with the up-and-coming label "messa" is launching.
The first release in this commemorative collection features products showcasing the work of Yujin, an artist who established a landmark in 1990s manga culture. Designer Takao Yamashita has elevated Yujin's worldview, where delicate lines and eroticism coexist, into graphics inspired by 1970s Blue Note album covers. A quarter of a century later, the legendary "Killer Icon" series is being carried on by today's media tribe (artists).
The hem features a statement defining the ultimate in contemporary eroticism. The print utilizes messa's signature multi-color (8-plate) pigment printing method, developing a unique vintage feel with each wear.
